I don't know. The movie was pretty funny. I laughed out loud in parts. Not sure why guys drop their pants in front of each other, but whatever. The movie is about a regular guy who falls for this perfect 10, blonde, down to earth, perfect girl. Of course the bitchy friend would have to be a shorter brunette. They then start rating each other on the infamous 1-10 scale. So the guy's friends convince him that he's only a 5 and he has no chance with her. And so the movie goes. The ending has a nice idea to end on, and everything wraps itself up.

Reality? Shit. So I'm sitting here, 4'11, 134 pounds (give or take, depending on how many cookies I've eaten), dark brownish red hair, with a face shaped like Valerie Bertinelli, and I'm thinking.... hmmm. What would I be on this scale? And I proceeded to list in my head everything that I feel is wrong with me. For the rest of the night I felt like shit.

Now I need counseling. You see people. This is another reason I love horror. "Regular girls" like me are safe there. Usually, WE are the killers!

Hollywood doesn't make movies about ordinary people - I guess there's no profit in them. Still Alice Eve is going to be a young Emma Frost in X-Men: New Class and she looks the part.

You would be a 4.

Emotionally instability? Sorry, make that a 3.
Oh, I'm just kidding! Geez. It's a geek-fantasy stupid movie where the dork gets the hottie - like Hollywood doesn't fart out a dozen of these a year.

Isn't there one ordinary girl gets the superstud movie out there?

Haha! I'm a 3! Exactly. (Love the emotional instability part)....

What really gets me, is that when I look at me for who I am, and not what Hollywood would deem me, I come up with a much higher number. I surround myself with artists, I am a southern belle through, and through. I have gorgeous hazel eyes, perfect teeth, and cute little elf ears. I've been asked if I was a phone sex operator (my voice), and I've been called Betty Boop for my looks, with a Bette Davis attitude. I could go on and on. I'm quite a chick when I'm not allowing myself to pout. Very Happy

2. Well, I has a genius level IQ and great abs. You have to search pretty hard to find them but they're awesome Smile

3. I tried phone sex once ...but it got stuck.

But really - isn't there one ordinary girl gets the superstud movie out there?

Followup question - worst shlubby guy gets the hottie movie?
For me it's Knocked Up - a dumpy broke none too bright dude gets Katherine Heigl. Really Hollywood? Aliens, demons, time travel, and shared dreams I can buy but that? No freaking way.

When she meets his closest friends - the loser porn-biz buddies - the fact she didn't run for the hills immediately made me classify the entire movie as sci-fi.

Haha! Knocked Up was the only movie I could think of, too!

"I has a genius level IQ" Now, seeing here that you used the word "has" and not "have", I'm second guessing the genius IQ... Totally buying the abs being awesome, though!

Doesn't Boof get Teen Wolf in the end, and not the blonde chick?? See, there is hope for us all!

Not sure I wanna know exactly WHAT got "Stuck" though.

1. Genius yes, my humor might need some work though Smile
2. Abs...yeah....you just really, really, have to search.

After years of therapy I have successfully blocked out Teen Wolf and the sequel.

You ever had a ringing sensation in your ears? It's sort of like that.

New Question:
Did a computer virus go biological and kill everyone else in this Forum leaving us as the only survivors?

What amazes me, is that a topic can have 4,678,321,876 views, and 0 comments.

What doesn't amaze me, is that the more intelligent the topic name sounds, the less views.

I thought it would be fun to meet people and talk about nothing but movies. Only you and Jack Sommersby seem to be my friends. 2 is better than none.

Still stumped myself.

True, but I'd like more traffic too.

New Question: What was the first movie you ever saw in the theater?

I believe, Bambi. I cried during it. I remember being very young and seeing Friday the 13th at the drive in. It scared me so bad when he jumped out of the water!
