The following is a thread entitled to keeping track of all the films you see in 2011. This follows the previous film list diaries from 2006 to 2010 which HBS writers and forum members took part in.

How does it work? Simply open up a post and set up a list in whatever format you wish. Take a look at previous film lists to give you an idea. When you see a new film, simply hit the edit button, file in your new entry, edit that into your list and wa'la, your list is updated! So it's kind of like DVD Profiler or DVD Aficionado, but..not. A bit easier to do on the forums.

You can set up the list however you'd like, but a few suggestions:

- Keep it clean and organized. Placing a space between sections (letters, months, etc) is also ideal. Check out the BB code to add bold tags, italics and underscores where necessary.
- Keep seeing movies! The main purpose of the thread is to keep a diary of theatrical releases in 2011 along with other forms of media you frequent (films seen for the first time, music, concerts, film festivals, etc). It's probably not a good idea to keep a diary if you're only going to go to 10-15 movies this year and nothing else.
- Space is limited on each posts so if you feel like you are going to track a LOT (ie, 300+ films, separate lists for film festivals, music, etc) then you may want to grab two posts so nothing gets cut off.

If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM.
