"Let's see how close we can come to redoing Scream, without being called rip offs!!"Okay. Remember when they used to make horror (if you can call this horror) flicks that weren't based on what goes on in horror flicks?
I thought the idea here was to scare me, not let me know how everything was gonna turn out before-hand. There were 2 scenes in the whole film that made me jump, even if it was a small jump, and there was one thing (dog in microwave) that grossed me out.
Where's the horror?
Not in the theatre showing this film. I saw it with friends, and it was a Saturday night, so the house was packed. That made the atmosphere a little better, but even with all the screaming hanson fans and little red-laser pens, this movie still wasn't a top nine-hundred for me.
See it at the dollar theatre, or rent it next halloween. Make sure you've got enough food to throw some at friends, because that'll be the bulk of the entertainment.*pop*
