I went into this movie knowing little or nothing. Mumbled words from a person who stood on line for a free screening, nothing more.Something about a bunch of people who have to keep their hands on a car, and the one who stays the longest wins. Doesn't sound like much, but it piqued my interest.
God damn. This was a very very good film. I'm not a lover of documentaries, but this one was done almost to perfection. The single flaw I spotted was it's low budget. Because of this, they missed several key moments of the contest they were filming.
It is a real thing, though, and the implausibilities are explained (it's real, so it really *should* be plausible).
I don't know ... words fail, because it really was just a thoroughly engaging movie.I wish this thing had 'half stars', 'cause it ain't worth five.
